Moving violation, Northwest 10th Street and Isaac Drive. Our caller states eight juveniles on e-bikes and mini motorbikes are driving up and down the roads and also in the parking lot to the north, stating they're driving both ways on Northwest 10th. Northwest 10th and Isaac Drive. Received. 1729.
