We just had a hit-and-run crash occur at the Asian Midway Foods at 301 South Park Street. Caller is involved, Spanish language line. The suspect apparently offered the caller $20 in cash and then sped away when the caller said no. Southbound on Park Street. It's a blue Toyota Corolla. Don't have a plate number, though. It's a white female in her 70s.
