723, red Ghost driver complaint, Pepperbush Lane and Pine Needle Drive, Pepperbush and Pine Needle. Caller advises there's four juveniles riding e-bikes. They're speeding around. They've almost run into a couple vehicles. Got a description of two of them wearing white shirts and one blue shirt.
