Man With Knife in White SUV Detained

 Additional PR call, suspect, female, Black, wearing a brown and white sweater, talking on the cell phone, and attempting to hit people with a cane. PR said they would defend themselves if necessary. It's Code 3, incident 2852, RD 1259.

 All units, code 4, 806 East 113th Street, suspect in custody.
