10-3. 10-34, ACO call, 1 Brickyard Square, Navy. It's going to be a dog in a vehicle for approximately 45 minutes. Parked between Old Navy and Marshalls, closer to the Marshalls site, about four spots back. Caller advised the dog is panting heavily and seems to be getting worse as time passes. The caller described the dog as being in distress and is still conscious at this time. They gave us a 20 of New Hampshire 405-423-0.
