Any unit in the area of 2645 Coopers Cove, Coopers Cove, we're going to look out for teens flying through the neighborhood on e-bikes and golf carts. They come by every five minutes. Three on e-bikes, one on a golf cart. All white male, young teens. Black bikes and carts. Green and black golf cart with white male wearing a red shirt. Followed east, 1541.
