Just the circumstance, possibly 374, 9001 Ash Road, in the north parking lot off of the McKee entrance. A large white Mercedes van was observed dumping a thick black plastic bag on the ground and then fled onto Ash. 2 South 1, both units, copy. Area, do you want to add them to the call or is Squad 42 sufficient?
