714. 14. Got a neighbor trouble, 2348 Culver Road, apartment number 2. Caller's saying there's a female causing a disturbance outside. The female's yelling at someone in a white SUV. It's going to be a black female, white coat, black pants. And then the female went into apartment number 1. And just be advised, there's a apartment surrounding for the resident's son that's got a history of incorruption towards first responders and attempted to impede EMS from treating a female patient.
