10-4. There's going to be damage to a fire hydrant in the area of the Woodlawn Funeral Home, 375 Woodlawn Avenue. 375 Woodlawn Avenue. The RP advised an 18-wheeler with a Tennessee 28-730-573 Tom had a fire hydrant in the area of that location and left the scene. The RP advised that vehicle was last seen at North Main Street and East Nims, heading northbound. The RP is no longer behind scene.
