1140 and David 2, I'm looking at a suspicious person, 11, I'm sorry, address 1893 East Wash, 1893 East Wash. Time was a couple of minutes. The suspect was seen trying to gain access to a second floor window and then took off on foot. When confronted, told our caller he was homeless.
