4214, 10-4, ma'am. We just had a call from EJ's drive-thru, 404 North Teal. 404 North Teal for a suspicious person. It's going to be a male in his 30s wearing tan shorts and dark top. He was not talking clearly and doesn't have enough money and keeps trying to make purchases. He's currently walking towards the red light southbound on Teal.
