Control 103. 3. Sir, 21 Revere Beach Boulevard, Ryder Residential. Called in by the manager stating this morning a male party broke in and stole some tools out of the maintenance office. Male party is white male, clothing description unknown at this time. He did have a medium-sized black dog with him. The manager states they have footage and is requesting an officer. They believe the male party in question is possibly homeless. 21 Revere Beach Boulevard.
