Alarm to companies en route to 14425 Ballantyne Lake Road. Responding to the third floor, smoke was seen and saw someone with a fire extinguisher in the hall. Engine 26 is re- En route. 24 Carolina, Engine 1. You have a private hydrant in the parking lot. Cross streets are Arbor Trail Court and Ivy Chase Lane. 32 still.
