I just received an update. The high-speed chase ended. They found the car abandoned on Portofino. All the occupants ran and they believe they’re hiding in that apartment complex. That is why you hear the helicopter and they’ve closed all the roads and a lot of police and sheriffs are over here.
So now they pulled that address and the Del Mar sheriff is helping them. Some folks on the Nextdoor app said there was a high-speed chase. Not sure why they’re blocking all of our streets though. That’s a heck of a hill to climb from the 5 if there are runners 
The SDSO helo has been airborne for 34 minutes at this time
