521-534. It's a suspicious person at the Justice Center. 565 South State Street between East Jefferson and Madison. Lieutenant with the Justice Center is calling. States there's a middle-aged black male between the loading docks and the front doors that was setting stuff on fire. He's currently holding a lighter. There's nothing on fire, but he's just attempting to light various items on fire. Nothing further. 106.
