3 William 31 and 3 Frank 12 for a suspicious. 3 William 31. Frank 12. 3101 Southwest Avalon Way. It's a 10 to 15 minute time delay. Male was peering into the caller's first floor. They've done this previously. No attempts to enter, but they moved their hands strangely and made childlike noises while watching through the window. It's a black male, 30s to 40s, 6 foot, heavy build, bearded, wearing a white t-shirt, blue gym shorts and socks without any shoes. He's still standing on the sidewalk on Avalon outside of 3101 Southwest Avalon Way.
