Ban vehicle crashes!
The white Mercedes was trying to do a U-turn before getting to the toll booths. Somehow they were intoxicated or something that they completely missed the concrete bollards, so either way they weren’t gonna be able to do a U-turn
White Mercedes with out of state plates blocking the toll booths. Blue rav4 on the other side of the booths.
