Charlie 352, Charlie 357. 352, go for both. Go for, theft just occurred at Target, 10130 South State Street. Female, White adults, approximately 30 years old, blonde hair, black shirt, pink purse, walked out with merchandise without paying. Last seen headed northbound on foot in the parking lot, coming from loss prevention. She crossed the street north of the Target, which should be 10080 South.
