on the air for BOL in the area of Clark and Memorial Highway, headed northbound on Memorial Highway. Be on the lookout for a black Sierra. Caller was behind the vehicle, states the vehicle was all over the roadway, believes the driver's intoxicated, then stopped in the middle of the roadway. Caller passed them, and then they continued to tailgate them with their brights on. Caller's now home. The vehicle's continued northbound on Memorial Highway. Central is clear at 2157.
