In front of 14 5th Ave, I had a resident reporting that there's some teenagers in front of that residence who are yelling, screaming, running up and down the road. One of them just got into a silver Corolla that's still there at the residence. One of them ran off towards what he describes to be the library, asking for somebody to check on them, the area of 14 5th Ave.
