Transient white female, late 20s to 30s, skinny, short hair, unknown color, blue shirt, blue capris, no known weapons, has a stick in her hand on 237 David. 101 set up camp at the underpass, has a metro shopping cart. Caller wants her removed. No one for contact at 1755.
