It's going to be for a Code 2 drop-in traffic hazard off Katy Freeway inbound Barker Cypress Express. It's going to be on the Cedar. Caller reported an Asian female walking inbound side of the Cedar going westbound. Asian female, 30 to 35 years old, tall, slim, wearing black clothing.
