52 Delta copy, 51 Bravo to back on a call for officer. 51 Bravo. At the Mobil gas station, 101 40th Ave North, 101 40 Avenue North. Called in by a Scotty. He's saying that he saw a male and female arguing and thought he saw the male hit the female, no weapons. It's going to be a white male, 30s, wearing a white baseball cap, camo shorts, blue shirt, and a white female in her 30s, unknown clothing. They can only see that the female has a... Got a sweatshirt tied around her waist, and she's walking towards the Mobil. The caller also advised that the female appears to be on something and may be going out of it. Was checking trash cans in the gas station parking lot. Scotty can be called if necessary. Nothing further, 2025.
