10 Charlie to close this over, TAC 2 in progress at Target, 14 sector, 1149 Sunrise Highway off of Crest Street. There's a female in the store near the apartment putting clothes in her shopping cart. She's currently changing inside the store. She's 50-year-old, black, female, heavy set up, short black hair. She just put on a gray t-shirt and gray sweatpants, ripped off the tag.
