Suspect is a transient male, Hispanic, 30 years, no shirt, black pants, walking back and forth with a machete, no threats made. It's Code 2, incident 30704 and RD 1124. 415 Mary, correction, 4871, 4871, CPI traffic, Whittier and Lorena, Code 2, incident 3679, RD 478.
