Advise a Black male, Black female, 16 to 18, being obnoxious, harass people to buy candy. Black male, light shirt, dark pants. Black female, bright pink pants. Both have backpacks. Last seen on foot between Longhorn and Freddy's. No sugar drinking. Caller can be seen at Longhorn Steakhouse if needed.
