23, 225, suspicious vehicle, Highway 31 West and a Spur, 364. Probably closer to Bellwood Lake now. It was an 18-wheeler coming in the tower. He'd be eastbound on the top of it. Had black smoke and EMS passed it, thinks it's on fire.
