Units, you're going to be responding to 5798 Roosevelt for a disturbance break. Male is on scene causing a disturbance. Seems to be all verbal but screaming. Break. Subject's going to be a black male, 60s, bald, with a black shirt and jeans. He appears to be leaving but is in the parking lot harassing customers.
