I have a reckless driver, 1014 South 3rd Street near the Dollar General. Caller's advising he's followed a Kia Optima, purple or brown in color, from 175 to the vehicle speeding, swerving all over the roadway, interrogating people. Older white female driver, license plate, handicap, 2, X-ray, SAM, King, Zebra. Caller wants to contact my phone.
