Radio 2, 31 Charlie at 30, seeing a signal 40, 10265 Allmerton Road at the Steger Creek Local Home Park. Caller's advising that a white male, approximately 25 to 29 years of age, is in the pond fishing. Supposed to be wearing a white t-shirt and then colored shorts. Being advised the subject's currently on set near the lake, but he did arrive in a white van. 31, I copy. I copy that. He's also leaving, and we'll call the complainant. 10-4.
