In reference to a 47-year-old male complaining of chest pain, that he's dizzy and having difficulty breathing. Alvin, clear, 1727. 34, check the area southbound 35 from Dickinson Road. It's going to be a reckless driver, dark-colored Chevy Cavalier. Almost struck several vehicles, blew the red light and almost stoned someone, got multiple gloves on.
