2, AMR responding to 4140 State Avenue, Suite 2 at Quick Clean and Fresh Laundry for a 37-year-old male, conscious and breathing. Male walked up to the caller saying he has problems with his eyes. It's going to be a moderate eye injury with fluid leaking.
