Quebec 13. Quebec 1. 47 Delta on 20 Apartments, 3527 Southwest 20th Avenue. The complainant's an employee advising that maintenance was on scene, and a resident said they tried to run them over with a golf cart. They reviewed the footage and that didn't happen, so then the suspect said that he was going to shoot the maintenance man. All parties are still on scene. Suspect's going to be a whiskey mic, 25 years of age, buzz cut with red shorts and a black shirt, possibly an Angel Santana for the caller ID.
