I got the tea, and honestly, it sounds like Brandywine lied to cover themselves. There was a similar issue in the same building before, downstairs, where there was an electrical fire inside the wall. This recent fire was also an electrical issue. The woman didn’t have an air fryer running or anything like that. They had already been having problems with the electric stove. An air fryer isn’t going to cause a huge fire like that by itself. The fire was so bad that it went through the kitchen and hallway, and for some reason, even areas outside the walls were melted. They had to evacuate everybody from that building. Brandywine buildings have serious problems, and it feels like the workers don’t care. These are not isolated issues—there have been problems with mold, water inside the walls, roaches, mice, electrical issues, and other conditions that residents should not have to deal with. People deserve to live somewhere safe, clean, and properly maintained. Brandywine needs to do better
I live there🥺
wtf happened
It probably hit the siding on the left building
