Transferred from Holbrook, coming in from North Franklin onto Washington. It was a red Honda, no description of the vehicle, just driving at a high rate of speed and almost hit several cars. The car was far ahead, so I don't have any other location at this time. Just keep a lookout. It was a red Honda.
