Cars were going south toward ocean parkway- heard a smash and brakes screeching hard- mini van in the vback, white Mercedes going backwards screeching brakes and rode the small rail about 50 ft. Driver and 2-3 passengers got out- yelling and cursing. Don’t know whose fault it was.
That expressway entrance needs a speed bump or two.
