Eastern East District, 52. Information only, work was closed at 2260. Work closed vehicle at 38th and Midhoffer. It's a silver Charger. They were driving crazy, trying to run people off the road. The male pulled into the liquor store on the northwest corner. 3800 North and 1800 East at 2255.
