It was literally 5 mins from the time I spoke to him until they got into it
Man was just out of the hospital had no where to go asked for my help I told him talk to the cops that just questioned me for jaywalking then all of sudden he starts flipping out and then passes out while on ground now it’s done with a hundred cops
