23, clear. A message just occurred. Vehicle from 622 James Street, the Newcastle apartment building, between North McBride and Catherine Street, with a Graham Cooper. He's reporting that two people in a white Jeep Compass, don't have a reg on it, tried to hit the caller with their car, jumped out of the car, chased the caller into his apartment, four-year building. Reporting that they possibly had something in their hand, believes it was a knife.
