A retail fraud that occurred within the last 10 minutes from the Speedway and Frandor, 3201 East Saginaw. The manager, Derek, is calling about a Black female in her 30s to 40s with dreadlocks, blue shirt, and dark pants. Tried to buy alcohol without ID, so they denied her, so then she just took the alcohol. No assault was belligerent, last seen on foot towards McDonald's. Go ahead. Go ahead.
