Side note, I was just driving and the rain came out of nowhere and was insane. You literally couldn’t see in front of you. I wouldn’t jump to assuming the driver was negligent. Horrible for everyone involved
Exactly. It's tragic, but it happened during inclement weather after dark. Nobody here knows how the incident occurred. It's best to reserve judgment on either party. Regardless, the deceased's family is grieving and the driver will have to live with knowing they killed someone. It's an awful situation all around
Remember guys whatever is on your phone screen can wait till you’re at your destination. This was and is preventable. Negligent driver who now gets to live with vehicular manslaughter all bc they couldn’t look at the road.
@newalbanyUser1334670012 yeah unfortunately you’re probably correct. People definitely treat red lights as suggestions on morse
Morse road is way too dangerous for pedestrians. Praying for this person’s family and the driver’s sanity. That heartbreaking.
@Meemzi nah that driver deserves what ever guilt they feel. This is their fault.
My son was hit by a car there a two years ago, he survived, they gotta do something about this intersection immediately omg
