Animal cruelty, 8 Maple Avenue, cross street of May Street and Ranlow. RP advised he drives by this house every day and there's a dog tied up on a chain in tall grass. Said he saw it jump over the fence multiple times and hang itself and it looks like it's malnutritioned.
