23. Time of cast is busy. We got a person with a gun at 79th and King Drive. 79th and King Drive, person with a gun. Caller states a male, Black, heavy set, short-built dress, all black attire, with a black backpack, threatening to shoot people if they stand in front of an abandoned building. Caller states he has a gun on the side of his left waist, and he's by the library. Nothing further.
