Handle, 52 Tom 1, the assist. 314 now, 909T, 4359 Temple City Boulevard, cross of Ellis Lane. Male adult, completely naked, walking towards the freeway. Informant makes himself known in a black Corolla, no weapons. DP's walking in and out of the street and went into Hardwood AC parking lot on Temple City Boulevard. Lost visual on tag 193.
