3 Adam 92, 3 Adam 105, I'll show you both en route to the hazard, I-68 West and Pacific. I-68 West and Pacific, just north, southbound. Caller Kevin's on the line, states heavy grade, 1994 Chevy Camaro stalled on the shoulder. Unable to call for assistance, his phone is disconnected. He's back on the line, advised there's heavy traffic. He's in a sketchy spot and is afraid he's going to get hit. Ops 2 advised it's going to be the inside shoulder, southbound, just north of Pacific Street Bridge. 3 Adam 92.
