25 X-ray, it's going to be a suspicious person, 3131 Southwest Freeway, inbound, the abandoned building, yelling and screaming at the people, possibly having some type of crisis. Suspect is a Hispanic male, early 30s, small build, blonde hair, brown button up shirt, brown khaki pants.
