10-4. 10-3. So, 1240 North 167th Street. The caretaker, Matt, says there's a 371 female here cussing and yelling. They've been asked to leave, and they're refusing. No weapons, unknown if she's drunk or high. White female, 25, light-colored shirt, black pants. I guess this is an ongoing problem, so the RP wants contact.
