66. Could you respond over to the area of 224 Garfield Avenue, 224 Garfield, cross streets of Winfield and Pearsall. Caller states about five minutes ago he witnessed a male waving around a pocketknife. He wasn't stationary at the location. Caller's no longer there. It's a black male with a scar on his nose wearing a blue and black checkered shirt. States that he was on a bicycle.
