Station 21, Station 6, Station 23, respond 228 Frick Street, Luzerne in the patch of Hiller for carbon monoxide detector activation. Negative symptoms. Alarm company advised they did state to the resident, they advised they were testing the alarm. However, no request to cancel was given.
