Units, 415 at Valley Oaks North, 8301 Powell Drive, cross of Strickland. It's the brother, Corbin Trinchara, white male, 36. He's banging on the door, threatening to 943 with the RP, RP of stealing a towel. Possibly 11-550, coming down from Cove. He is known to carry a gun, but no gun seen today. 10-4.
